Victor and the Good Vibes is an intergenerational, interfaith, intersex, interdisciplinary multi genre music project directed by Victor McDermott. With a focus on wellness through creative expression and the restorative quality of truth telling, the Good Vibes create art in the space between entertainment, education, and enlightenment. On a mission to act locally, Victor is passionate about his Jackson community, making contributions to Center Stage Jackson, The Jackson Michigan Theater, and JTV to name a few. Although a practitioner of harmony in the home for the healing power of natural vibrations, Victor is no technical laggard, working in the realm of audio/video and algorithms to reach an audience. The Good Vibes are an experience that seeks to reunify the performer with the spectator through rhythm, harmony, story and song.
